    Lillian works with young adults who feel that they can never be or do good enough to meet their own or others’ expectations. She specializes in working with individuals and couples on challenges related to discovering one’s own truth and identity and healing from difficult childhood experiences.

    Katrina holds a Ph.D in Creative Arts Therapies. Katrina specializes in supporting adult survivors of childhood trauma and neglect reconnect to their inner resilience through creativity, self-compassion and self-expression.

Julia Rubens, MSW, LSW

    Julia supports children, teenagers, and adolescents as they manage anxiety, navigate interpersonal relationships, and process life’s challenges and past traumas. She focuses on helping children develop their self confidence and self-acceptance, strengthen their interpersonal skills, and navigate conflict and challenges so that they can develop relationships in healthy and safe spaces.
